Absolutely fantastic location. Cannot fault the amenities or building complex in any way.

The apartment shows some signs of wear and tear particularly in the kitchen area but it’s to be expected of a slightly older apartment. This is totally outweighed by the amazing view and overall experience.

The dresser drawers and kitchen drawers are starting to show wear. Otherwise, the unit is in excellent shape.

Had to wait 25 minutes

Outdoor deck with comfy furniture would have been nice. It had a wood bench only.

We liked the kitchenette and the balcony. We also enjoyed the pool and the staff was great.

The room itself was fine, it was clean and was stocked with the essentials. The hotel itself is a different story. It is very loud and has a certain smell to it. There is a particular whirling sound coming from the area next door that goes on throughout the day. Things are a bit older and outdated but that was to be expected. None of this is the host’s fault- it’s more just how the hotel itself is which is out of their control.

The apartment was clean and spacious with spectacular views but was a little tired in places

Location on South Beach and with really nice gym, pool and restaurant in the building. Near Wholefood for easy high quality groceries.

The room was amazing with the views. Very spacious and loved that it had a kitchen to make your own food. Beautiful view during the day of the water and the city lit up on the night

Didn’t like how the pool area became a beach club as it didn’t feel very relaxing and everyone seemed to be posy.

The bathroom was dangerous. No safety mat in the shower. Extremely slippery. No grab bars. The style of sink was lousy. Very few hangers for a couple for a full week stay. But not very comfortable. No laundry facilities in the building. Price is at the restaurant where extravagant. There should be a bar or a place to get a hamburger or something manageable.
