R145 Holiday house close to the beach in Roda de Bara

Sehr gute Lage. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Der Garten und der Pool sind perfekt zum Entspannen, besonders für Familien und Kinder. Viel Platz im Haus, gute Ausstattung in der Küche und praktische Dinge wie Waschmaschine und Parkplatz. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Die Klimaanlage muss besser gestelltet werden.Die Klimaanlage sollte so eingestellt sein, dass die Räume unabhängig voneinander gekühlt werden können. Außerdem wäre es besser, wenn alle Räume mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet wären.

The house is 10 minutes walking distance from beautiful sandy beach. In the kitchen was coffee machine. But the personnel was really kind and helpful, they came in the middle of the night, because the downstairs appointment didn't have hot water. They also change the boiler, but unfortunately, the temperature of the water in the shower couldn't be regulated after the boiler changed, it was olny a hot water running. The wifi was good. Inside the house was quite clean, no complaints about it.

In the downstairs apartment had a terrible smell of mold, it was a little bit better after we opened windows, but still, it was very disturbing. There were signs of some bugs on the walls. Beds were too small and uncomfortable. There was no blankets, only sheets to cover with. The towels didn't smell nice. The pool was not cleaned properly and the water was not clear. The kids were swimming in it anyway, adults didn't use it. We parked our cars on the street because it would be difficult to enter the backyard from the street because of parked cars, also the side walk was very high and could damage the car. The grill was dirty, that's why we didn't use it. The outside furniture was dirty and really outdated, should be replaced. It would be really helpful if there was a dishwasher in the kitchen. For the price we've paid, the accommodation should be better. I wouldn't come back to this property.
