Large self contained ground floor apartment...comfy beds and well fitted kitchen

Unusual smell when we arrived.......located on main road so lots of traffic noise. Shower tatty and cubicle floor unstable....looks like it's an ongoing renovation project

Good location, nice bright accommodation. . Comfy beds. Apartment on the whole very good, and with a bit more attention to detail, could be excellent.

Lack of kitchen equipment, not enough items to prepare meals. The photos showed more items than those available. Shower base a bit scary, think might need replacing very soon.

The main reason for choosing this property was the location close to the theatre - and that didn't disappoint. A 5-10 minute walk and you're in town and near the theatre. Room sizes were decent (one double, one twin plus option of sofa bed, which we didn't use). Lots of info provided prior to arrival and quick response on WhatsApp when needed.

Although pre-arrival info said I've been given a code, I had to ask for it. A lot of the kitchen items were dirty and despite 4 people staying there were only 3 mugs for hot drinks... And the smallest possible frying pan, so a cooked breakfast for 4 had to be done in a lot of separate stages. Worst thing was the noise though. We were woken very early Sunday morning with music from 6am, banging overhead from before 7am plus other things going on during the night. Note also that this flat is on a busy road and bedrooms are right next to the road, so there is road noise pretty much all the time. Also had the weird situation of being messaged a different door code later on and having 2 phone calls from the host whilst I was out for my evening for things not relating to me. Did worry me that our door code had been passed on incorrectly but there weren't any issues.

Location, close to the town centre is the only positive aspect of this property. Purely convenience to be able to walk into amenities.

The location comes with the negative aspect of the road noise and the noise from the upstairs flat. We are not sure if it was another rental or actual people living above, but with both made our stay really uncomfortable. The kitchen facility was very basic, and the cleaning standards not great, we found the bathroom dirty, with a mat that was soaking wet and really smelly. We had to give the bathroom a clean ourselves before using it. Also there was a fair amount of dust in the bedrooms.

Much better value than having to book 3 hotel rooms .It was conveniently situated.Very comfortable and clean.

Bit noisy because of the road but ear plugs were supplied ,I didn’t find the noise to bad.
