25 Captains Walk - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Saundersfoot

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped and it came with a car parking space. The location is a horrible walk to the town, however it should be made clear to people looking to book as someone that struggles to walk up a steep bank would not be able to rent here without issue. There is also no disabled access to the property itself. The decor is modern and the property has recently been decorated. You can see the sea from the balcony

The owners or letting company have been advised by people since April 2025 that the shower is leaking every time it is used and that there is no hot water in the bathroom. They still did not fix this for our stay months later, which I think is wrong. The bedroom is very cramped and the sofa is not comfy, which means you can't fully relax on an evening after the day out. I feel for the people who live beneath as this leak has been in place for months and must be causing damage. I also asked numerous times for early check in or late check out and messages were not responded to Due to the position of the apartment building the balcony doesn't get any sun even on a sunny day, the sun is on the side of the building with the front door. For a breeze you have to open the front door and the owners/rental company locked the patio doors so you were not able to open the full 3 doors to the balcony. I wouldn't book again.

A very nicely presented flat. Has the view of the sea promised and plenty of cutlery, glasses and plates, etc. Well places for Saundersfoot and Tenby. Interior great but outside has little kerb appeal.

Parking is very unclear. Bed on the soft side and settee not very comfortable. Bifold windows are filthy and badly need cleaning and there were two small sticky stains on the floor under the breakfast bar we had to clean on arrival.

Very modern and new interior. Comfortable attractive and clean.

Exterior not attractive. 4 flights of stairs. Parking very poor. Too many cars trying to park. No hot water from basin tap in bathroom.

Little leak from the shower and towel rail needs to be fixed as loose on the wall . But very minor issues.

Very nicely decorated and had a nautical vibe.

Lounge and kitchen were pleasant and well equipped.

The location. Very steep hill to property .

Layout was good, living room comfortable, decor thoughtful and pleasant, reflecting our sea side experience.

Parking space for the apartment was a little confusing, but a very helpful girl on the phone promptly gave me good direction.

Apartment as described & seen in photos very bright clean modern smelled lovely. Everything worked perfectly. We had some lovely biscuits on arrival. Only a few things i need to point out are becareful with hot water in kitchen as extremely hot! Water in bathroom only luke warm if you can get it to work. Needs to be noted that Apartment is up 4 small flights of stairs then at the end of the corridor. Also a very steep hill down to the down. Bit of a struggle for less abled people. Would recommend this property and we would book again.
