Clean and great location

location, view, helpful owner, kitchen filled with tea, coffee, spices (only pepper was missing), washing machine and iron available

bathroom door missing!! (smell of sewage present sometimes), saw and killed la cucaracha, apartment is not in such a good shape as on pics

The apartment is in a great location, right above El Corte Inglés . For those whose navigation takes them in the wrong direction, like me, the entrance to the facility is located immediately right to the entrance of the Magdalena public parking lot and the entrance of El Corte Inglés. The apartment was very clean and contained everything necessary (iron, hairdryer, kettle, towels), there were even several types of coffee, sugar, saccharin, olive oil and everything a traveler would need for a stay of a few days. The bed is very comfortable. The owner was very kind, he even sent a message with recommendations for restaurants and visits to local sights. Without a doubt, one of the best places to stay in Seville.

It was cozy and in an ideal location. The air conditioning and wifi worked very well. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. The grocery store was right below as well.

The shower ran out of hot water in just a few minutes and there was no hot water in the kitchen. There are some small stairs and two elevators to get to the flat so just know this if you have mobility issues.

This is a great apartment for discovering Seville! The location is wonderful, very central and safe. The apartment has everything you need and the host Manuel is very good with communication and gives you lots of recommendations about the best places in Seville to see, tapas bars, etc. I would stay here again tomorrow.
