3 Bedrooms, 8 Berth Caravan, Lyons Robin Hood in Rhyl

Spacious, well maintained, fenced in balcony for the dog, proximity to the beach, free Wi-Fi, the owner.

Site wasn’t very clean, or well maintained, lots of overflowing bins/rubbish, however this is a reflection on Lyons site team not the owner of the caravan.

The location was good, and the caravan park itself was calm and family-friendly. The pool facilities were enjoyable, and overall the caravan was acceptable for a short 2–3 day stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the surrounding area was convenient for a relaxing break.

The caravan was only averagely clean, and the sofas in the living area were stained and more worn than shown in the online photos, which appeared outdated. The biggest issue was the host’s communication and attitude. We booked for 6 guests, but the host later claimed she was unaware of this, despite it being part of the booking. Only 2 toilet rolls were provided for a 3-day stay, and when we requested additional supplies, the interaction became argumentative and unwelcoming rather than helpful or apologetic.

I liked the size of the van and ideal to have two toilets with a large family.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and the van felt slightly condensed in mornings

The property was spacious and had everything you needed. Beds made on arrival, which I loved! Plenty of parking for two cars. Good location to the facilities.

Slight mould patch in the master bedroom and no net curtains so people were constantly looking in.
