The smell from the bathroom was horrendous, there was ants everywhere, the water was freezing and was like a trickle of water, there were no cleaning supplies, we had to leave the doors open to get rid of the smell and later found poo in the shower hole after removing the silver plate to try and find the smell. the staff were so so rude and the lady who owns it told me she would give me a refund and is now ignoring me. I have proof of all of this. Our holiday was completely ruined!!!!! the pool was dirty and the sun loungers were black. I have videos to send of the ants etc. the blinds were all dirty and ripped and we were not left clean sheets and there were 2 towels. I messaged the lady on the first day of this experience.

Location was perfect. Amazing view from the spacious balcony and nice furniture to chill in the evening (sofa was missing pillows however). Bed was extremely comfortable. Well located, not in the middle of nightlife, so loud noises didn’t bother at all. Overall it was a pleasant one week stay, I would stay again.

There were some issues with shower where the water temperature wasn’t consistent, it was changing all the time from hot to cold. Small ants in the kitchen ( the didn’t bother me much, as they are pretty much everywhere). Fridge was collecting water drops on the ceiling, so top shelf food was becoming wet. The building itself is not new, so there might be issues with water and sometimes at the beginning it may be yellow.

Comfortable bed, nice area, quiet but not too far from restaurants and pubs and shops.

Location and view

The awful smell in the bathroom, smaller than it looks, Ants (not what you want when being self catering puts you off making food in the apartment) The water didn’t work a lot of the time so unable to wash, the shower pressure was awful. There was a flood in our bathroom water coming from the ceiling, through the light and vent we were unable to have a shower for 2 days, brush our teeth, flush the toilet it was awful
