Wi-Fi was good.

Housekeeping poor. Starter pack inadequate. Management follow up was poor - after 12 emails still no requested products supplied. Stairs to upper floor extremely steep and very narrow tread. Shower in bath is hazard for older people. No safety mat in shower.

Have stayed in this property several times when attending the Nantwich Food Festival. Great location and short walk into the middle of town

Property is starting to show signs of wear, just cosmetic and does not affect the overall quality of stay

The location was great for access to the town of Nantwich. I also appreciated the response from individuals following my complaint, particularly Josie from customer services and Sally who came out on Saturday evening to clean the property and left wine and chocs as compensation.

I didn't like the general tired decoration , the filthy bathroom, the beds not being configured to my requirements, and most of all the huge deposit in addition to the cost of the rental. £350 deposit aswelll as the £300 odd is already paid was in opinion extortion. I have finally got evidence my £350 is being returned after 2 days, but probably won't got my account for several days.
