Suite #4 - Central Location - Private Ensuite, Smart TV, Fast Wifi and Free Parking - by Yoko Property

Location was in walking distance of where we were going each day. Telephone support was good when we had a key problem. Room was perfectly fine for our needs. Long term guest staying in house was very friendly and helpful.

The towel rail in my room never worked the whole time I was there, I would of thought it could of been repaired quicker, everything else was fine.

Location excellent for race course and town centre. Extremely clean.

Room extremely warm and neighbours able to see directly into room. Keypad code not very secure.

Clean fresh tidy

It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable

There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room, though there was a kettle. There were no saucepans in the main kitchen. The actual booking was very challenging to do. We requested extra pillows and were told that these would have to be paid for. This has never happened before in any other accommodation. Also, another guest was locked inside the property. He had left his key in the key lock outside, but the property had been locked on the inside and he couldn’t actually get out in the morning. He needed to knock on our door for us to use our key to open the door from the inside for him. This was surely something of a fire safety hazard. There with no notices at all in the room to offer advice should there have been a fire.
