2 Bedroom Leeds City Centre Apartment

Central apartment in the city, generally clean inside the flat. Host communicated over message and was pleasant

Unable to sleep until around 4am every night due to music so loud the floor would be shaking, wouldn't have entertained staying if we knew this before booking Unfortunately seemed to be an issue with the drains when the sink or shower was used there was a very strong unpleasant smell Strong smell of cannabis in the apartment block which was generally unkempt

Very smart little apartment. Perfect central location. Above Katie's Irish bar with live music until 12 but it didn't bother us.

Could do with a nespresso machine or at least a cafetiere.

It is in an ideal location in Leeds which comes also with downfalls. The beds were comfy.

It is location is very noisy I dread to think what it would be like on a weekend. The entrance is located on “BIN”Ford street some days you had to move bins to get into the front door of the property and you couldn’t hardly get to key box to collect and deposit the keys. There was no normal working TV, there was no plugs for the bath or sink. It wasn’t overly clean with hairs around the bath and cigarette ends on the balcony. Most areas looked scuffed the doors even the kitchen cabinets just all looked a bit tired. There was a constant buzzing from the fuse board in the hallway. Your overlooked by offices so felt like you need to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

Great for partygoers. In the midst of many bars & restaurants due to central location. Everything we needed was a 5-15 min walk away. Pleasant flat. Well equipped, Very warm. Reasonably clean. Good size hall with coat stand & shoe rack & good size bedrooms. Reasonably priced street parking if you are lucky enough to get a space. Would advise a nearby longer term option for a weekend.

Need to negotiate a number of commercial bins to enter the building, ugly but not problematic. Much smaller than the photos imply but still fine for 4 people. Above an Irish bar. Music (& karaoke) started early in the evening and finished at 3am. The noise was incredible.

The host was great, very helpful to provide info. The location is very central and convenient. The place is clean, tidy, and nice deco.

Loud music all through the night, from downstairs pub. Not able to sleep, drive people crazy, made heart felt u comfortable. Whole street is commercial waste bin site, it was difficult to find the entrance as we arrived at 8pm. Keybox location is surrounded by commercial waste bins. The worst is We CAN NOT SLEEP, the whole night. 2-3am the rock music is still so loud, sounds like a concert next to you in the living room. For both bedrooms, or all the rooms in the flat. No difference. We have a busy day tomorrow, but none of us could sleep. We booked the place at quite a high price, and none of the reviews mentioned this. If we know we won't be booking it as sleeping is too important to us. So I will mention this, hope to help others. However, if it's a group of young friends who would love the night life or party the whole night, this place is 10/10. It's in the heart of the city and on commercial street, so pubs and coffees are all around, so is loud music. I don't think it's suitable for people who need sleeping at night. Until maybe something can be sorted out.

Booked on the day due to another property having a rodent issue! This one was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Leeds, it was a lovely place with amazing decor, balcony was perfect too! Clean and ideal, would stay here again

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Glass and rubbish near entrance due to commercial waste bins, not the fault of host who was friendly, welcoming and great communicator. Slighly unpleasant entrance area due to this but it's a minor when you realise how well located it is in the city centre.

The apartment matched pictures shown online, clean and was in a very central location . The apartment was right in the middle of the city center and on a very busy street, if you are a light sleeper avoid the second bedroom as window opens into a bar/restaurant which has a lot of loud noise till past midnight. Aside that we loved every bit of our stay , Host was very helpful and accommodating and easily reached by text.

Parking was a nightmare! We spent a fortune the first day parking in front of the property until we found an alternative for the next day Lina was helpful in trying to help us get parking ,she told us about the NCP 24hrs parking facing the apartment unfortunately it only has 3 slots which was blocked out due to renovations . Parking Tip- use www.yourparkingspace.co.uk website you would find plenty of cheaper nearby 24hrs parking space

Fabulous location in the centre of Leeds. We got the apartment for a really good price. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We were staying in Leeds for Leeds Fest, having this apartment really made a brilliant weekend even better. Hosts were great told us everything we needed to know prior to our arrival and were very accommodating with checking in early.

TV didn’t have an antenna to watch any of the channels and wouldn’t stay connected to the WiFi, I understand this isn’t a priority for people that aren’t planning on spending much time in but we spending more time in there than most. Although this didn’t take anything away from our weekend it would have been nice if it had worked.
