My experience here was great. The property was clean and all utilities were provided for as described. The location was convenient to where I needed to go during my stay. Would recommend!

Overall nice place, bed was super comfortable

view of the city deceiving, toilet dirty and I flushed after someone’s upset stomach mishap. Dishes dirty but charged a $75 cleaning fee when I had to clean to use basic items

We loved the location so close to Uptown Charlotte. We were in town for a football game and every place we wanted to go was walkable. Would definitely stay there again!

The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was exactly as advertised. There's a great pizza place about a block away. ;) It's any easy walk to anything downtown.

The foldout beds aren't super comfortable. I know I shouldn't expect much from sofa beds, so no big surprise here. Also, I couldn't find any flat sheets for the sofa bed, so I ended up using a fitted sheet as a top sheet.
