"Terrible"

The owner called me the day before my stay and said the apartment wasn't available for the full stay. I paid for the whole stay already. The owner said cancel and I'll get my money back, which I asked would it be instantly. He said yes, which was a lie. This was VDay weekend. I needed a place ASAP. It took over a week to get my money back.
