The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Location perfect, central Sheffield.

Large stains on the sofa bed and carpet. Broken chair, unsecured tap in bathroom sink, historic leak in bathroom roof which leaked through the first night. Scamming WhatsApp messages telling that the accommodation had been cancelled (whilst travelling there) due to an emergency and I would get my money back and not to go to the flat (nothing on booking.com and booking.com had not been contacted by them to arrange alternative accommodation). No code for key lock given, no one met us at check-in time, vendor did not answer calls from booking.com and we finally got in when the cleaner came out and gave us a key. Then I received a WhatsApp message showing a trashed flat (looked like the same building but a different flat). So, I would not recommend and I think they wanted us to not show up so they could state we were a no-show and not refund us. Totally scam.

The location is good, and this has the potential to be a really nice apartment, but it needs a good clean and things need to work.

One bed hadn't been changed, and the other didn't even have a sheet on it, just a dirty mattress protector. We arrived very late and brought food in Tupperware to heat up, but the microwave didn't work. It took us a while to find the kettle which bizarrely was on top of the high kitchen cabinets, and there were no pots or pans so using the hob wasn't an option. The tap in the bathroom was loose on arrival and then started spraying water everywhere! The tradespeople that came hours later didn't even fix the tap, but managed to smash the ceramic tap covers and left sharp shards on the tiled floor!

Nothing.

Everything, it was disgusting. A safety hazard, we had to leave early because it was so unbearable and after begging for help we didn't receive any

Location is Superb and the staff communicated with me thought out the whole stay.

Blinds were not working and there is no internet.

The location was amazing & it was relatively clean

It was very basic & everything was broken - the tap, the shower door, the bathroom door handle, the front door handle, the toilet seat….

My 15yr old son and i travelled for 3hrs to get to the apartment and waited for r0mins outside to be sent a whatsapp message saying our booking had been cancelled and we would have to look for other accomodation. We therefore had to book accomodation at twwice the price or be left standing on the streets of sheffield.

Being told that our accomodation had been cancelled 1hr after we were supposed to vain access to it. And that my 15yr old son was left standing o. The back streets of sheffield.

Great location! Warm, bright apartment, everything you need for self-catering😊

the bed wobbles a lot with the slightest movement :( and the second sofa is very small - not suitable for an adult. The shower and pots were dirty.

The location is perfect. The apartment was clean and warm.

Staff is strange. They sent me the wrong code for the keylock. Send them a message, but with no response. Tried to call the contact number, but they didn't respond but sent a text message with the number that I must contact via whatsapp. It took quite a time for them to find out the right code, and it seemed they didn't know who and when changed it. Very, very strange.
