Good location, lots of bedroom space

A few things were getting a bit tired and the beds were a bit soft (perhaps that’s a bit of a personal thing). Bath tap didn’t work

The beds were very uncomfortable it’s definitely time to replace the mattress especially on the 2 doubles in the loft room. The house was not clean we actually had to go out and buy a mop and dust pan because there was tobacco all over the floors in the living room and bedroom. For long stay guests it would be good to have access to a Hoover. The outdoor bins had been used by other residents leaving us no where to put our general waste. The bathtub had no plug so you couldn’t use it the carpet trims were bent between the bathroom door and the landing which is dangerous one of our group had to get medical attention due to slicing there toe open on it also the loft bedroom door way had screws sticking out which isn’t very nice to stand on. Another note which I know is completely out of your control is the lady next door waking the whole of Liverpool up with her fog horn mouth at 6am everyday, screaming at her kids using very explicit language to her children it was just awful to hear. I think a bit of care needs to go into this house before you let it out again and a lick of paint and the house will be lovely. Great area taxi 7 mins into town and around 15 mins all other areas of Liverpool which we visited. Also only a walk to Everton’s old stadium and a small walk to anfield YNWA!

The location of the property was excellent for transportation into Liverpool city centre.Parking was good as there was an allocated space for one car and plenty of space to the front of the house. The rooms were spacious with good comfy beds and beautifully clean bedding and towels.

The key safe wouldn't work . The house is advertised as 2 bathroom? We were disappointed that the second bathroom was a toilet with a wash basin in it and I wouldn't expect that in a luxury property. There were no wine glasses only tumblers. As again the house is advertised as luxury? I would expect wine glasses as a basic. No plug or bowl in sink so had to try and block sink hole with a cloth. We were unable to get terrestrial TV channels. Metal flooring strip was loose causing bathroom door not to close. Front door handle was loose and we tightened it up to feel safe.

The house was accurately described as being a 10 minute walk to Andield Stadium. Felt very safe with 2 young kids walking back to the house after an 8pm kick off game among all the fans going that direction . Off street allocated parking for our hire car was ideal.The house was lovely and clean with plenty towels. 1 room has 2 double beds, 1 room 2 singles , and 1 room 1 single . This accommodation was absolutely ideal for us on a trip to Anfield and we 🤞 will book again in the future.

Nothing. We did not complete our stay due to unsuitable accommodation.

The guys arrived in freezing temperatures to find that the heating was not working. They did try to switch it on at the boiler which was located in the attic, but there appeared to be no power to the boiler. They called and messaged the number provided, and received no response initially, but then received a message back after 45 mins to advise them to switch it on at the boiler, which they had already tried. They advised this back to the owner, who then confirmed he would request a plumber to attend the following day. As you can appreciate after a long, cold day at work this was the last thing they wanted to hear and they therefore contacted alternative accommodation and moved. They advised the owner via text that they had moved and would be requesting a refund. As of yet the owners are still refusing to refund our money, or even offer us a stay on an alternative date and basically got payment for nothing but inconvenience to us.

Good location, very close to the docks, town centre and restaurants. House was fit for purpose and beds were very comfortable. I would use again. Owners were contactable, just a phone call and my question was answered.

Could do with some instructions on tv usage, as the Internet did not connect. But that's because I'm a technophobe. But my daughters sorted that.

Excellent location & extremely warm & cosy will be returning again in the future
