Great location

The messing around with deposits etc for one nights stay

Property was located perfectly to the Fort Lauderdale area for access to everything. The staff was great at assisting with all needs that came up. I would stay again should I need a place in Fort Lauderdale.

Little bit of outside noise if you are making it an early night for morning adventures. Ear plugs did the trick slept great.

Unfortunately being that close to the beach and parking lots it’s a little loud at night time.

Inside the apartment was nice but right next to a busy busy street and the neighborhood was not great.

I actually ended up not staying here as it did not feel safe. They also hit you with a $500 security deposit, $75.00 cleaning fee.. They want a copy of your DL, which is completely understandable but when they asked me for a copy of my CC I said no but they kept texting me. I actually cancelled my credit card with my company and had them send me one with a new number. There is no one on location but the women who helped me was very nice. They just make things very complicated when there are nicer places to stay that are in a better location. I am not sure when I will get my $500 security deposit back even though I did not stay there.

Location superb, right in the middle of Fort Lauderdale beach, and two steps from the elegant LasOlas area. The place came with a parking spot, which is invaluable there. Management was immediately available and helpful for the smallest concerns. The studio is perfectly equipped for a beach vacation; was great to have a washing machine. Our unit, 2B, was bright and friendly. If we, a couple, ever come back to Ft Lauderdale sure are we going to stay here again.

Really can't think of anything we did not like. Ft Lauderdale beach, restaurants, shops, etc., could have been little less expensive, but that was not up to our host :)
