Coastal Condo on the beach at Ocean Trillium #501

Great location, beautiful view from the living room, firm but very comfortable beds. Apartment appeared very clean and tastefully decorated.

Lack of privacy in the one and only bedroom due to four vertical blinds missing. Another condo looks straight into this window and we did not have privacy for changing at night nor could we make the room dark with these missing Window Coverings. There was also some sign of disrepair in the bathroom as the shower curtain fell frequently, old cracks with putty in a very small space. There is a lack of space to place luggage in the bedroom as well as very few outlets. I had to keep my phone in the living room to be charged at night. The living room furniture is very comfortable, but we had to use some of it for our luggage. Additionally, the elevator Would consistently go down to the first floor, then back up to the second. I informed the property owner about most of these issues, and there was either no response or that it would be taken care of after our stay.

The property was an excellent value. Very nicely decorated, spacious, well stocked, and right on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rugs were dirty, and the balcony furniture needs to be replaced.

Location

Miscommunication the owner was not nice looked up other properties in unit were much cheaper. The air conditioner sounded like a plane was taking off each time it turned on.

The location is very convenient. The beach is clean and the sea view was beautiful from the balcony.

I had to go by a frying pan due to the pots and pans were used the Teflon was coming off and that’s not good healthwise. Went to use the oven. It had a smell and the insulation around the door was coming off. Ended up not using. The apartment is dated. The first day the maintenance man asked what apartment we were in and we told him 501. The next morning he was coming through our door. Then the following day he knocked and used his key to open the door. That was kinda of creepy.

Quiet and right on beach. Like having your own apartment on the ocean.

It was a little too cold to swim in pool! Lol

Loved the location with beach access.

My car was towed when the parking permit fell from the dashboard. I would prefer that if they must use towing services that the towing company had the license plate numbers of people who were staying at the property

The location was perfect, right on the beach and had numerous restaurants around. I went with my husband, and 2 daughters. Had a great time. The host was also very responsive to our messages

Being on the beach

Rather dated appliances - cooker and dishwasher. Electrics especially around TV area looked unsafe. Some tired looking furniture. Expected better for price paid.
