Coastal Condo on the beach at Ocean Trillium #501

Good location, right on the beach, has pool. Condo unit has all the amenities needed to be comfortable. Set up camp/canopy on the beach and you can stay entire day, safe and lifeguards on duty. Would go back, no hesitation. Already informed friends/ other family members.

Mother nature-- beach area has large tide changes, and make sure to avoid the sand bugs early morning or around sunset. Just part of nature and the area environment.

Great location with beach access. We enjoyed our stay with nice views. It has everything I needed for a quick getaway as a family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool and the beautiful summer sunset.

Easy to find the condo, they let us check in early, VERY clean ! Decorated beautifully. Stocked exceptionally well. Great water pressure. Beds super comfortable. Great view , decent pool.

Location good, beach access and pool were great(except beach gate return lock not functioning correctly {noted by several guest, required opening by someone on building side of gate}. Kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable. Beach chairs and noodles for beach definite plus (boogie board and umbrella would also be great!). Music from neighboring bar/grill was not as loud as some reported and did not bother us. Would definitely book again!

Minor maintenance needed (2 burned-out lightbulbs, living room curtain can't close for privacy unless brackets are moved (safety pin works as temp fix), bedroom vertical blind needs 2 replacement/fixed slats, couple of electric outlet covers missing. hair dryer not functioning).

The unit was clean and the decor/furnishings were nice. There was a great view of the beach. Located close to restaurants, bars, and stores. The owner, Bonnie, was very responsive and easy to work with.

The location is wonderful. Beautiful, gorgeous sunrises. The condo itself is cozy and comfy. Parking is a breeze. If you’re looking for a dinner location, go to The Garlic. It’s about 10 minutes away! Definitely would stay here again and again. Bonnie is easy to communicate with.

The address on the app is incorrect. It’s 3405 - not 3401. A simple fix :) The washer/dryers didn’t work. I spoke with the maintenance guy and he said “happens all the time” so that was a bummer. The hairdryer didn’t work in the unit so pack your own.
