Cute 1 bedroom house with pool / ping pong table.

The property was superb. It didn’t advertise the air conditioning or SKY TV, but it had both and exceeded our expectations. It was very big and had everything we could have wanted. Loads of space for private parking. Great location by the A1, convenient to walk to shops and local pub, but in a quiet area. Erika even provided a hairdryer for me so I didn’t have to bring one. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Really comfy big bed with wonderful bedding.

The windows in the very large bedroom are velux’s and because we are short people, it was very difficult to open or close them. Tall people wouldn’t have a problem! There was a stool provided but being old we didn’t find it safe to use it.

Host was helpful and responsive

The property was double booked so we were unable to stay in the accommodation.

It was perfect great location, very spacious and ideal . Well laid out an d would definitely recommend this property. Host was polite and pleasant, which made our stay like going from Home to home.

Really clean and comfortable property with all the necessities (saucepans, crockery etc.). They had even put out a Christmas tree.

A bit more cutlery wouldn't go a miss.

Location was perfect for us. This is a converted double garage which has been fitted out exceptionally well. Downstairs is living kitchen, dining with full size corner sofa unit, large TV with all channels, Sky etc, full kitchen facilities, dining table and a ping pong / table tennis table. Upstairs there is a lovely big bedroom with a bathroom at the other end which has toilet, sink and shower cubicle. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We communicated with Erika a lot and she responds very promptly. We travelled from Yorkshire and initially thought we would not be able to travel because of heavy snow in Yorkshire. But the snow went fairly quickly thankfully. We used to live in the area, so already knew our way around, there is a reasonable size retail park pretty much behind the house if you need M&S, Next, Boots and several other large shops. Just half a mile roughly from the A1 Trunk road and in the other direction approximately a mile into Biggleswade Town Centre. Free parking on the drive right outside and Erika lives in the house right next door if you have any problems

There is some traffic noise early morning and evening time, but we were out most of the day time, so not too bothered by it.
