First time in krakow and could not have chose a better accommodation, great location, friendly staff, clean, spacious and modern. Definitely be back.

Nothing to dislike. Only thing I would want to improve is a bigger sofa so that 4 people could sit on it at once.

The owner was unavailable during our stay but arrangements were made for his sister to provide the keys. The apt is accessible through an information centre which was unexpected and there were 2 flights of stairs (no lift). The apartment was a little rustic but this is certainly not a complaint. I found it charming and very fairly priced. The apt was spacious and good living space for 2 couples for 3 nights. Could self-cater if so inclined. Big windows allow you to look onto the front street and kitchen was well equipped. Around the corner from the Main Square where you can eat/drink until your heart's content. Loved listening to the clippety clops of the horses. Shops & trams near by. Lovely and bright. Our bedroom looked onto the back of garden with rubbish stores and back of a separate business that could be busy with talking/banging when having an afternoon nap. This is simply the pay off for the location and smells/flys etc were not a problem. When the windows were shut it was a good sound barrier and blocked out most of the noise. Amenities such as decent sized fridge/freezer, (travel type) hairdryer, and full sized iron/ironing board, storage provided. Good size tv and wifi code given (we took our firestick). Very homely and comfortable stay.

The only niggle that we had was that the pillows were like a half pillow and not much support. However the bed came with square cushions and these did ok for me to bridge the comfort gap. Our other couple didn't really get onto doing this until the final night so they didn't sleep too great. If we raised this it may have been resolved but we just cracked on. Other than that the beds were comfortable and clean. I am a fussy sleeper (yes the problem is me) and it took a little while to adjust to humming in the background, this may have been other building's ACs of a nighttime? I noticed humming sound/vibration from the tramlines but of an evening there seemed to be a constant different hum - not sure of its source - it wasn't there during the day. I'm the only one who picked up on this - have sensitive ears. I packed my ear plugs, as I said I'm the problem, so I did sleep. Just a heads up if you are the same as me. This is NOT a complaint and I would definitley stay in this apartment again.

Perfect location, spacious apartment, kind owner

Extremely worn floors (parquet black with loose parts), very few plates and glasses - could not use the dishwasher because there were not enough crockery and drinking glasses, there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom, shower hose was far too short to hang it up under the shower, more like a garden hose than a shower hose... The apartment needs extensive renovation!

Great location

it needs a renovation in some areas and installations. No shampoo. Inflexible check in hours was a problem for us (without an alternative by the host)
