"Besides those incidents we had great time, the house was very nice and Rania from the management was always helpful."

It was close to town, the pool was just outside the garden and clean most of the time. It was exactly how it was shown in the photos.

There are rules at el Gouna which I think were not followed by some of the neighbors who I know were renting a house in the same area. They were a group of 5 families renting a house for 3 days and everyday they come to the pool and bringing their water pipe, food and drinks and loud music. No security were patrolling to check and nobody was there to tell them that this is against the pool rules. Also one day the gardeners came and cut down the plants and left everything dirty at terrace and I had to call the management and complain.
