Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean

The door rattles when people go in and out of the building which takes a bit to get used to, at first I thought someone was trying to get into the flat. It was fine once I realised. The staircase and hallway is beautiful and so striking but it’s very dark

location and is decorated well Host is very responsive.

I’ve stayed here twice - first time there was a really heavy roof leak which meant I couldn’t use the lounge and some of my items were water damaged with no offer of compensation or reduction on rate instead. second time there was a issue which caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience, the host did try to resolve it but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The host was exceptional it was short notice and she did everything to help us out. Perfect place for a visit to Glascow. Close to public transport so you can enjoy the experience. The place is 5 Star

The property decor was lovely but the property itself had a few flaws. The host was lovely and nothing was a bother.

On our first morning we woke up to a flood in the living room the celling was leaking, the host got back to me asap which was good and offered to send someone up to clean it up for us but we had already done so. Sometimes these things can’t be helped but just a shame it happens when you’ve paid a lot to stay somewhere. We also kept finding lots of ladybugs everywhere in the apartment I don’t mean a couple I mean at least more than 30 within the two nights we were there, now I know they aren’t harmless etc but the thought of bugs crawling about kinda makes my skin crawl again especially with the money paid. Apart from that everything else was fine.
