A lot of place, great view on street crossing

Before getting code you have to send your id and if you’re under 25 you have to pay deposit. This is ridiculous. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. We didn’t have any problems but this kind of rule should never be applied. I want to pay the price I see on booking and nothing else.

Well equipped, clean and great location, 10 minute walk to Principality Stadium and city centre. Extra touches that make travelling so much easier.

Parking is on street and restricted/busy. There is a one way system that is easy to get stuck in. We visited during rugby season and there were lots of road closures so plan ahead.

It is what it is in the photos and other feedback comments so was not expecting 4* hotel but it was warm dry and bed linen clean. The plug sockets were switched off at main fuse board so once we realised that, we got the tv working as well as kettle and oven and hob! Would have been nice to be told but no major issue

The flat was plenty big enough. It had everything you needed for a night away. Close to a selection of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Although the flat is on a main road, you can't hear much traffic noise. Beds were reasonably comfortable. I liked that there was tea, coffee, and sugar available.

The fridge freezer could have been in a better state. There was only 1 wine glass and definitely could have done more mirrors, especially a full-length one.
