The location is strategic just located opposite bay view hotel. Strong water pressure.

The building is super old which is very scary during night time. Feel a bit uncomfortable.

The property is clean, completed with everything you need, hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, air-conds were functioning very well. Though the mattress setups in the living room were meant for children, the adults in our group enjoyed kidding around and had good sleep as well.

This is unrelated internally, externally the apartment in general looked run-down.
