*Accessible 2BR condo close to SM Marikina/LRT 2*

Pool. Location some.

Electricity went out for over half a day. They was reading my messages on WhatsApp asking to be updated but wouldn't reply. Finally replied after I made it knew I can see when my messages have been read. Oh and the beds were nothing but springs so very uncomfortable.

Location. Accessible to almost all.

Wifi. Always out of load and we bought load just to have connection. Very bad experience

I like the location of it. The Security Guard are helpfully. The owner was responsive to all my concerns.The property was spacious for family of 5.

I feel like all the appliances are not working. The AC was not working the owner Joseph arrived around 7:30pm to helped me to open the AC However He realized it’s broken. The internet was not working right According to Joseph the owner it because of the Bad weather. When We left the property I received a Message from them that the water Spencer was not working. I told them that We don’t use it at all. We have our own water. I also noticed the cabinet have a Broken handles, Refrigerator is rusted inside.

There was no water available at the property, which is unacceptable. We were informed that the water had been disconnected due to non-payment of bills. We arrived as a group, including young children, so having no water was a major issue

The place is very clean. Also, malakas yung aircon. The hosts are also kind and accommodating. Will definitely recommend and will rebook soon.

The unit had everything we needed for our stay. The guards are all courteous and helpful. The hosts are responsive. Easy check in.
