Unique 3 b'room house + free parking /city centre

Lovely property, fabulous location, very clean (except as below). A little faded on some edges but this didn't worry us, we would book again but I would bring some kitchen items next time! Owner very responsive. We enjoyed a rainy time on the terrace which would be fabulous in good weather.

The kitchen was the only area of disappointment - firstly the fridge door was very difficult to shut, and with shelves missing it really does need replacing. The trays in the oven were not washed up and were greasy. Plenty of saucepans but prepping a family dinner was difficult with no gravy jug, no serving spoons and no serving dishes or mixing bowls. Also no bread knife or vegetable parer. And the item I missed the most was a chopping board for meat/chicken - only a wooden bread board which would obviously not be hygienic. For a little bit of TLC in the kitchen this property would be first class.

We fell in love with the property. Loved the layout. Parking was great. The sound system on the landing was brilliant you could hear the music in every room of the house. The location was perfect just a 20 minute walk to the city centre. No worries of finding car parks. We booked the property has we was visiting motorpoint arena & rock city 2 nights in a row for concerts. We would definitely book again.

Fantastic location within walking distance to the city center. The estate is stunning and very quiet. The property was well laid out and comfortable. Cooking equipment was provided. Beds were large and comfy.

The sofa bed shown on the listing is actually a camp bed in one of the bedrooms. It was absolutely fine to sleep on, but meant two of our party were sharing when we thought one would be on a sofa bed.

Very nice property, very spacious

The property was in a great location, very quiet and pretty, a short walk to the town centre. The house had excellent facilities and everything we needed for a short break. The host was very responsive and friendly and we would definitely look to book here again in future, hopefully with better weather so we can sit outside on the rooftop area!

Lovely location - quiet and picturesque but just a short walk into Nottingham City Centre towards Nottingham Castle. Cinema a short walk also. Great free parking for 2 cars. Lovely lounge and in nicer weather would be lovely to sit out on the terrace having a drink - weather was a little too cold for us to do this on our visit

Beds and toilets are quite low- an elderly person may struggle. Also the beds were very firm - not a problem for us as we like a firm bed but others may find them too firm. Kitchen needs a little care and attention.

Great house in leafy and lovely part of Nottingham. Three decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Terrace would be lovely in summer!
