GBThe entrance to the property is on the back door of another property and too close to the next door neighbour, with very little privacy if all curtains are open, Noisey neighbours and the area is very run-down ex-council estate.

The location was a bit rough.
GBThe location was great but that was about the only thing , although the neighbourhood wasn't very good The owner did have a small oven delivered to the property on Sunday but that was a bit late tbh
Heating wouldn't work , the flat was not clean, the shower head wouldn't stay in upright position, the cutlery drawer was broken and wouldn't open and shut , the cooker wasn't working , the bin was filthy, the house had a funny smell to it , the single bed had crumbs in it from what I can only imagine was from previous guests , i would not recommend at all
GBThe location is very convenient to get to. Just about 3 minutes away from the University of Salford. If you come in by that way, it is the last house on the right. We like the cleanliness of the place and we have the whole floor to ourselves! There was also some coffee and tea available for us too. Peaceful experience and we would really love to stay there again if we return to Manchester.
