Beautifully appointed room with great facilities. Our air conditioner broke down and they very quickly organized another room for us. Friendly staff, excellent bar and restaurant onsite. Easy access to trikes and Grab. Close to the mall, and excellent streaming services and WiFi. Would definitely stay here again.

Was really nice nothing bad to say , my last day i booked out day before was ment to and the person I rented room off put me up in different room free of charge cause it was my fault with dates

Friendly and very helpful staff keep the Hotel looking and running sharp Choice of pools is great, and massages at the Spa are excellent

Sky Lounge pool should be for adults only, as there is a bar there, and children were noisy while people eating at the Lounge were mostly seeking quiet conversation Sky Lounge should have EFTPOS for payment by card
