GBGood bathrooms and clean As described
Kitchen could do with more utensils eg vegetable peeler cafeteria and tea towels. Our bath towels were damp so we dried them in the machine
GBAllocated parking, good directions,easy access. Plenty of room in the flat, effecient heating, oven failed but was quickly replaced. Two bathrooms, both excellent, a nice surprise. Bed comfortable, lighting good.
These are all minor observations, easily rectified. Door locks to the building difficult to use with the key provided., Entrance mat turned up at edges, easy to trip over. No instructions on some of the appliances, room heaters worked very well but (to an elderly person) not so easy to operate! Chain detached from bath plug so difficult to remove plug after a bath. No frying pan.

wants to know too much. Never had to supply a digital photo and I.D before getting to a location.No hotel in UK or Europe required I.D until I've arrived, Butlins neither
