"Awful Experience from Confirmation to End of Stay"

Nothing. It was given with the incorrect address causing us to get stuck off a dirt sand filled road. A/c didn’t work, toilet handle came off/disconnected twice, pool not heated and freezing, restaurant hours not open for breakfast, low quality amenities such as carts for luggage. Awful all the way around.

Nothing. It was given with the incorrect property location address causing us to get stuck off a dirt sand filled road, needing to get towed out. A/C didn’t work, toilet handle came off/disconnected twice, pool was unusable as it wasn’t heated and 63 degrees, restaurant hours not open for breakfast, low quality amenities such as carts for luggage. I’ve never left a bad review and felt so compelled by this experience to do so.
