great location. 10 mins walk to SM Baguio and 5 mins walk to upper session road.

you can hear what the people in the other rooms are talking about even in their normal voices (not too loud voices).

Near Cathedral, Session Road, SM and Bus Ticketing Offices. Polite staff.

There’s noises just behind the washroom window like screaming people at night. Elevator is NS mode.

convenience to the city

No induction stove Internet was lost until the morning big tv facing the cabinet no rice cooker loud neighbors 3 illonga accents (1 boy 2 fems) you can actually noticed them by their tones. cellular signal coverage only from the window where i nearly drop my phone down the building.
