Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo at Folly Field Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo, and I highly recommend this place! The hosts were very responsive and communicated with us regularly before and during our stay. Location was great with private walking paths to the beach, which was not crowded there. Nice areas for walking within the condo complex as well as the surrounding neighborhood. Easy driving for getting to other places on the island as well. Condo was clean and appliances/furniture/bathrooms looked brand new. Welcome pack of dish soap/laundry detergent/papertowels/etc was much appreciated. Amenities (pools and tennis/pickleball courts) were well maintained. Beach towels and chairs available, although I would recommend bringing your own chairs.

This place was wonderful, but if I had to find one area for improvement, it would be the balcony/patio area. Being on the ground level, the outdoor balcony/patio area was too full of leaves to enjoy sitting outside for a morning cup of coffee.

Good location, reasonable rates, super clean, owner was friendly and easy to get a hold of.

That it was bottom floor and people above us were terribly noisy. Not the owners fault. Would rent from her again if ever back in the area.

We enjoyed the kitchen and was happy how it was stocked. We used the grill which was a plus for us!

Nothing, we were happy with the apartment! The hot tub was great too!
