"Problem with apartment not being cleaned before us"

Good location, modern building, helpful staff

The room was not cleaned at all after the previous guests and we had to move to another room. The sofa bed was awful to sleep on. Only one air conditioner in the apartment was not enough as outside it was more than 30 degree.
