Spacious and well located. Clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds

The attention to the details.. the furniture in some places it's a bit broken, they just need to fix a bit a few things. And we didn't have a coffee machine, wich was negatively surprising. Overall we paid the right price for this place

The apartment is very spacious, it has a large living room and everything you need as facilities

It was very hot when we travelled to Budapest and the AC was working, but it couldn t handle such a big apartment; in the bedrooms it was a little too warm during night

Great location and clean apartment

Big apartment in an excellent location!

The apartment was well-suited for two families with children, offering ample space and a comfortable setup. Relatively close to main attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring Budapest. The apartment is situated in a pleasant and well-maintained building, which added to the overall experience.

Upon arrival, the apartment was not cleaned, and it took an additional four hours before we could check in. The cleaning lady left all the garbage from the previous clients in bags in the kitchen cabinets, which was upsetting. No coffee machine, which was really inconvenient. The electric water kettle was not working. Only one dishwasher tablet was provided for seven people staying five nights. One shower was broken and nearly fell on us, one electrical socket was hanging from the wall. The host initially offered a one-night refund or late check-out, but neither promise was fulfilled. While the apartment itself had great potential due to its family-friendly layout and location, the numerous issues with cleanliness, broken amenities, and unfulfilled promises from the host significantly affected our experience. Had these concerns been properly addressed, we would have rated our stay higher.

The apartment is very nice and was perfect for our needs! Location close to city center and other relevant atraction points. We definitely recommend it.

The kettle was not working and there was a bad smell in the bathroom with the laundry machine. But for sure these are quick fix stuff. Also, some small lights in the room close to the bed would be nice.

The apartment was great, all new, i guess we were the first guests and that is probably the reason for our problems.We were staying in an apartment for four days, and during the first two days, there was no heating or hot water.
