Please inform Large 7 Bedrooms split-level Flat Sleeps up to 14 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The listing comprises of 3 apartments in total; the rooms are made available dependant on the amount of people eg 14 people all 3 apartments, 7Bedrooms are open; this is subject to change based on the amount of guests booked. If less than 14 guests we reserve the right to decide ( dependant on availability) if we will make all rooms/apartments available should the booking be under the 14 person maximum. A deposit may be required at the property.
