Modern Beach Haüs 4 min walk to beach w/ pool BBQ

How conveniently close it is to the beach and restaurants . It’s big and spacious for big groups. The host responds quickly with any questions you may have . Easy check in and check out . Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Right next to the beach you can just cross the street and you are there . The pool is right in front of the house so if you have older kids that know how to swim you can just chill on one of the decks and watch them. Have a grill , we didn’t use it, but if we would have, it was nice to have the grill there and right in front of the pool. It’s also so great that there’s a washing machine and dryer so the dirty clothes doesn’t pile up or when it’s time to go back home .

There were a couple of maintenance issues like loose door knobs toilet seats and dust buildup but other than that, the property itself was great .

The house and location were perfect. This was my family's first time visiting Panama City Beach and we couldn't have had a better stay. If you have a large family and need space this house is the best.

We loved everything about the property! We had a few hiccups on the first day, but communication was great and everything was correct by the next day!

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. But I do feel like you need to hire better more attentive housekeepers.

Great house for a big family!

There was a little leak in the basement from bad rain.

Everything about it and the big master bedroom.

That there were no filters for the heat and air system down stairs in the kittchen.
