We had issues working the heating (so we were very hot!) and also working the oven, instructions would’ve been welcome
GBthe chapel is beautifully decorated. Pool is lovely and andrew was attentive with a pool issue
The spa bath didn't work. The main oven was dirty and didn't get warm.
GBPerfect location for us; a family visit to Alton Towers. We were all hugely impressed with the accommodation. We debated whether to stay at The Alton Towers hotel but opted for The Chapel- adults and two children all agreed that this was the best choice (and we love the Alton towers hotel!) Beautiful, clean with attention to detail. Everything has been considered. I would highly recommend and we would stay again.

Spa pool didn't fully work. Needs instructions for operating it ( and sauna please) One bathroom has a tilted shelf which is unusable and in same room toilet wobbles when you sit on it. Heating instructions would help as well had all windows opened to cool down.
