Free shuttle to the beach was the best amenity. Pool and gym were also nice.

Our room was dirty. You could tell they hadn’t deep-cleaned in a long time. The floors around the perimeter of the room had dirt buildup. The bathroom sink wasn’t that clean. The plates, silverware, and coffee pot all looked wiped but not actually clean. Unfortunately, this was one of those setups where the hotel wasn’t officially hosting us, rather a third party contracts the rooms and rents them, so we couldn’t talk to the hotel. That also means the hotel staff doesn’t clean the rooms. We immediately contacted the host and they sent one of their contracted cleaners who showed up with a suitcase of cleaning supplies and did their usual 10-minute light clean that didn’t really change anything. So we did some of our own cleaning so that we weren’t so grossed out. Just what I wanted to do on vacation. Also, the bottoms of the curtains were sealed in orange duct tape. And the elevators were very slow and it was a very tall building.

I loved the home like feel the property gave off and the staff was extremely professional and accommodating.

The elevator wait was a hassle, only one elevator system and it ran quite slow. Housekeeping can be improved and check in times could be earlier.

The property is so nice, clean, you have everything for long stay, close to ocean, free pool, every day clean towels for beach, umbrella and chairs on the beach, a van drop off and pick up on the beach.
