The Comfy Nest - Parking, King Size Bed, Smart TV

Amazing apartment with new furniture, 2 bathrooms, and great view.

Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed, anatomic pillow,. Two bathrooms, one, adjacent to the bedroom, with spacious shower cabin, good shower pressure, although there aren't toiletries in the bathroom, only the towels. The apartment has its own parking place in the building garage, near the entrance. Nice view of the surrounding hills from the balcony. There is a washer dryer and a dishwasher.

The access card to the building is not working, so to access the building you have to put a code in the code panel; it also means that you cannot enter the staircase from the garage, since the access door does not have a code panel; you have to exit the garage by the vehicle access ramp and go around the building, to the main entrance. This is a gated building complex, which means that access by car is done by registering the vehicle plate and, although I have sent the plate number days before my arrival, it hasn't been registered when I arrived. It resulted in some gimmicks requiring entering and exiting two times through the barrier, while the owner registered the plates on the time of my arrival, with help from the guard of the building complex. Some hairs on the shower cabin from the previous inhabitants that hasn't been cleaned up. Also, the drain was clogged up, having a slow water passage. No coffee or tea, even though there is a french press coffee maker and an electric kettle. I requested an invoice, having paid by business debit card. Still hasn't been made, although I stayed for two nights and leaved (Have to follow up on that). If you want to watch your shows, bring a laptop, since there is no tv

Clean and modern, especially for the price.

No TV, I know it wasn't included but a TV in the bedroom would be great for watching some movies.

The only that for someone might be important is that is no TV. For me was not a problem and I-m not influenced for my rating!
