Excellent facilities and near to the high street

Really lovely, cosy apartment. The bed and sofa/chair were comfortable with plenty of cushions and blankets for cosy nights in. The kitchenette was remarkably well equipped for such a small space, and the extra welcome food/drink was much appreciated. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. Gill was a welcoming host, great prearrival communication and she checked all was well during our stay. I'd thoroughly recommend The Den for a break in Cheltenham.

The location was very central and ideal for exploring Cheltenham. The Flat itself was very cosy with everything that we needed. There was a good amount of space in the kitchen/living room area and it was equipped with everything you might need for a short break. Gill had even kindly left some items in the fridge for our arrival, which were very useful. The bed was nice and comfortable, and it was quiet at night with very little, if any street noise.

The lights were rather bright in the Bathroom, which is not so good when using in the middle of the night, but this is maybe just a personal preference.

Host was very thoughtful, light breakfast was provided which really helped. The apartment was well equipped throughout, not just having the basics like soap and shampoo, but even washing machine, dishwasher and basic cooking ingredients. Got netflix as well. It was quiet at night. Instructions are also very clear.

Welcoming, cosy and felt like a home from home. The thoughtfulness of the owners were beyond what we expected. Perfect location for the town centre.

Because it was a basement apartment, if someone was walking around above, it was noticeable. It was quite dark walking to the front door at night. There was an outside light but we couldn’t get it to work (may have just been us though!)
