Very good location, and Lorenzo was really nice.

I expected it to be more clean, our socks turned greyish after one hour in the apartment, and different bugs and insects were around. Maybe next time a bit more care with regards to the cleaning would be nice.

Very responsive host that was very accommodating to our arrival time changes. The location is the main thing that this place has in its favor. It is a very short walk to the Aquarium and closely located restaurants and shops. The host provided small packets of shampoo, soap bars and towels. The shower worked well. This would be very likely be a good place to stay during chilly/colder months. Host provided a good parking location that cost about 15 euro for 1 night. I was able to park my Ford Explorer in there with no issue, though the entrance turn is challenging.

Stifling hot in there and extremely insufficient circulation. Don't make my mistake...check AirBnB for a cheaper price on this property (167 vs 262 euro/night). The lighting is very outdated and isn't much more than a spot light in the corner of each room. This only amplifies a dingy feeling for the place. The overall cleanliness was good, though. Sleep quality is very poor and not appropriate for more than 1 night stay. The location has heavy foot/motorbike traffic until about 0200, which wouldn't be a problem if you weren't force to leave every window open. The place does not have adequate seating for more than 1 person. Bed mattresses are very uncomfortable, felt well-used, and you will feel every spring. The toilet seat was broken and smelled terribly like urine. The fridge was not clean and have residue from prior guests. A portable AC would make a HUGE difference in this place!
