GBWe had no communication from the hosts before arrival so had to phone them to get a code to the key safe when we arrived at the property
Poor communication. The front of the oven and microwave were greasy. None of the appliances were switched on at the mains and we had to search in order to find the main switches. We expected the property to have been prepared and ready for us. The switch for the oven was over the top of the cupboard housing it and we had to stand on a chair to switch it on! We asked for extra towels by phoning the host. Over the 3 days we were there, no one got back to us and no towels were delivered.

GBThe cottage was roomy, very comfy and stylish decorated. It was a perfect space for our small group of friends to spend the weekend. The hot tub was great to relax in.
We've not ever had to test the hot tub and adjust the chemicals before. We couldn't find the plastic glasses needed to use in the hot tub. We struggled at first to use the tv.
