I like the location only

The property it looks with very old furniture, TV too small and old you cannot watch any Netflix at all and any other apps. kitchen utensils , toilet I will send some pictures for reference is a mess. for vacations is too close to the main road doors and windows they cannot block the noise come outside from the cars.

Central location, 2 minutes away from the bus, metro and train station, a big supermarket in Centro Vasco da Gama and many restaurants nearby, spacious apartment, kitchen well equipped. Carlos was friendly, responsible and helpful. He made the check-in quick and easy.

Bath cubicle is spacious but built about around 8 inches above the ground and with narrow entrance, to step out of it after bathing is risky because of the slippery floor. Besides, water seeped through the crack between the doors and made a puddle after bathing. Sofa bed is hard to sleep on.

The location and facilities were excellent

I don't appear to have my deposit paid back. The shower fixing was loose in the double room. Plus we couldn't make contact by phone on arrival
