- Self check in/out and the code to the lockbox was provided well in advance. - Beds were relatively comfortable. - Walkable distance from the city centre (20-30 mins). - Plenty of sockets and extension leads.

- The pictures were clearly taken years ago because the house was not maintained at all and looked old and run down. - The bathroom doorknob kept falling off. The owner clearly knows about it because the latch was taken out (presumably so no one gets locked in) and a replacement lock was installed above but the broken doorknob is still there for some reason and hasn't been fixed. - There was no lightbulb in the big light in the living room so we only had the lamps, which makes me think that the house isn't checked properly between bookings. - The sofa bed didn't pull out properly - the part that pulled out kept falling off the track and so it stayed slanted. We only had 1 person sleeping on the sofa bed but if there were 2 this would cause issues. - The kitchen was very small and dimly lit. - The shower drain was blocked so the bathtub filled up with water and took a while to drain. - The heating didn't work very well. It took a whole day of every single radiator being on full heat for the house to finally warm up. - The house just didn't feel clean or hygienic in general. All the shelves had dust on them and one of us got bitten by something during the last night of our stay.

The location was very good, under a mile from the city centre.

There isn’t parking for the property but a lot of cheap ones within a mile.
