Ignore negative reviews! Honestly this place is lovely! It’s perfect. The whole place was clean and tidy, nice and warm and smelled lovely ☺️. Even supplied a travel cot and high chair which was a bonus! Comfy beds and there’s 2 sofa beds in the living room with are also pretty comfortable. Plenty of bedding supplied, there’s even a washing machine to wash your stuff if needed. Had a little problem with hot water but I let the host know and within a few hours they sent somebody out to sort it and it was done within minutes! Honestly we don’t have a single complaint! Really comfortable. 13-15 min drive to the centre too and within distance of a few places to see etc. this was ideal for what we needed so thank you for a lovely stay! Will 100% re book here again if I need to visit Leeds again.

This is a good-sized apartment, close to the good transport links. Leeds is beautiful and the people so friendly. We loved the city. This could be a lovely apartment, if some care and attention to detail were given to it. The person I contacted with regards difficulties with the TV, was very good and prompt in response. A big thank you to her.

This is a disgusting apartment. We stayed only one of 2 nights booked. The flat looks neat and tidy on the surface. At bedtime we found lots of nasal discharge and other unknown stains on the quilt cover (we would not of stayed at all, however, it was late and one of us had business in Leeds the next day). Unfortunately, there was also a large dried up phlegm blob on the bath panelling. The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain, presumably due to a blockage. We accept that drainage issues will accur from time to time. What we find difficult to understand is that no one in either cleaning or checking this apartment, noticed these issues. It is absolutely unacceptable that bedding was not changed and that such disgusting cleaning issues made for a very uncomfortable night. It was all made worse by the strong smell of stale drink and tobacco in the apartment. We appreciate that some customers do not treat accommodation in the respectful way we do. owever, this could have been resolved with better cleaning and airing of the property before we arrived. We were made aware of the bad behaviour of previous people staying, through the automated emails we were sent. That is shameful on those people, but not our fault. We should have gone into a well cleaned apartment. This accommodation is very quick to send automated emails, about rules and regulations, times to leave etc., these were helpful, so there are no issues there. However, we sent very polite emails of our complaints (we have not asked for any part of a refund, just that the issues are dealt with before the next guests arrive. We took pictures to demonstrate issues and sent these with an email). To date we have had no response to our very politely written complaints. That is extremely disappointing, as Im sure no host wants to feel that a customer feels this way. Accommodation through booking.com is often excellent. We give good reviews. This is my first complaint.

Very bad location. warnings of CCTV watching you. No contact with host. An invalid number. Bad / strong overpowering smell in place. VERY cheap furniture/ fittings Left after 10mins Just till could book somewhere else. BOOKED FOR an 25th anniversery surprise. LAST MINUTE BOOKING AS original place cancelled last minute. Host refused all communication.JUST standard computer responses. Refund refused. LOST £250. A very expensive mistake / BOOKING. DONT BOOK HERE.
