The beach house is on the beach. We had lovely beach walks each morning. Close to town. Extremely comfortable. We loved it

Everything was great

Everything but communication was outstanding. Facilities and supplies. Shower the best. View looking out windows at beach.

Husband said bed was very hard

We stayed for a couple of nights on our NC500 tour. This was a great stopover point and was well equipped - even managed to do some washing and get clothes dry on an airer. Location good with a very short walk into town and enjoyed walking along the seafront. Really great communication from host.

First and foremost, Ben and Emma made us feel welcome even before we arrived, via messages to offer directions and to tell us about the beach house. It has a fabulous location of being right next to the beach, where we were able to fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves - magnificent! A stroll in the morning allowed us to come upon one of the best treats of our holidays - seals in the bay! The house itself was beautifully and comfortably furnished with everything we'd need for our stay, alongside a helpful guest book with lots of information about the local area. We wish we'd been able to stay for longer, but we will return!

N/A Maybe consider a slightly earlier check in time.As 4pm was little late for us after a long journey.This however did not impact our stay.

It is a really nice place, clean tidy, good facilities and the host is kind and responsive. It is right on the beach front if that is your thing and you are close to the local town area for Coop etc.
