Lusíadas 53 2ºD - Beautiful two-bedroom apartment

Good layout

Cleanliness needs improving, blood marks and hair in bathroom. Fridge and freezer need cleaning. Smell and taste of smoke in the apartment. Second room very small.

I was travelling with two of my staff for a conference, I booked this place for three of us to stay in. After having booked ~4 months in advance, arrived for my stay 8 day stay, requested to drop off luggage early which was denied, waited in the coffee shop beside the place for two hours went up to the apartment only to discover there was someone in the apartment. Apparently they double booked the apartment and told me sorry I can't stay there. Call booking.com. Booking.com gave me an option of a place that was similarly priced but only one bedroom and an hour away from the conference venue. Did not meet our needs. Nearby hotels were either fully booked or not affordable. I was able to find accommodation for one night as the current tenant said he had one more night. I needed to add the names of the two other people to the booking. Owner insisted I do this through booking.com. I was told that in the few minutes that booking.com adjusted the reservation 2 other people booked into to the reservation. I begged the owner to honour our reservation at least for the rest of the week, which was made several months in advance to no avail. What was supposed to be a treat for my staff ended up being a nightmare, the whole experience was traumatizing. Has made me afraid to trust booking.com and definitely dismayed at the lack of integrity of the owner. I cannot recommend booking this place. After flying all night in an overnight flight with minimal sleep to arrive at your pre-booked accommodation only to be left out on the street scrambling for options... Ruined my whole trip and trip of my hard working staff. I would give this place a zero but lowest possible is a one. I'm not one to write a review but feel compelled to warn people out there, this could happen to you too...

Bel appartement et facilité de joindre un responsable en cas de questions ou de probleme... par contre il faut savoir que le secteur est bruyant de par la proximité du pont du 25 avril et des nolbreux avions qui passent au dessus à basse altitude (de 5h à minuit). Mais l appartement est heureusement bien isolé et avec la clim donc si on laisse les fenetres fermées ça va bien !)

Apartamento excelente, ótima localização, bem vedado contra ruído,bem equipado.

Très bel appartement avec tout le confort. bonne situation pour les transports, les restaurants, les commerces.

Trés gros problème de bruit. Sur l'axe d'atterrissage des avions de l'aéroport de Lisbonne. Avec de bons bouchons d'oreilles cela pouvait aller.

- change of apartment reservation without clearly communicating this to us. - Very rude and aggressive female member of staff. Staff needs some customer service training on how to address customer's concerns gently and not shout at them over the phone. I had travelled thousands of miles to get there and I was not expecting to be shouted at by a member of staff over an error made on their path. - One of the single beds had used sheets from previous guests - Bins used by previous guests were not emptied. Bin in both bathrooms was filled with dirt. The kitchen bin was not emptied and contained dirt, including empty wine bottles from previous guests. - 3 dirty wine glasses were left on the kitchen worktop - Extremely slow-draining bathroom sink. This left a lot of dirt and residue in the sink.
