Location was convenient and having parking was a major plus. Overhead planes landing didn’t bother us after a couple hours. The mattress was the only negative, as it was very soft and needed replacing.

Just couldn’t figure out the heater, but had plenty of blankets so that helped.

The location was excellent. We thought the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Very clean. It was nice to have some supplies there for coffee. The mini split heaters worked well.

We checked in around 7:30pm & it was very dark there. It would have been nice to have had the porch light on or a motion detection light. It looked like there was one in the tree but it wasn't working. We would have like a box of Kleenex available. In the shower, better labeling for body wash vs shampoo. The heating in the hallway didn't seem to be working. Suggest putting a mirror in the bedroom with the 2 twin beds, this would be helpful with one bathroom.

It is location

Location was great in San Diego's Little Italy. Rental included parking spot in front of the door which was very helpful in a busy area. Despite being older, the unit was very clean and included a washer and dryer. The bedrooms and living room had air conditioning units which were modern, quiet and functioned well. Great restaurants and coffee shops within close walking distance. Overall this stay was an excellent experience.

Property was older and the beds were very soft. The only TV was small and outdated. Jet traffic landing into San Diego was on low approach over the unit during the day, but was generally quite between 11:00PM-8:00AM and really didn't bother our sleep.

Location was amazing!

Master bedroom bed is uncomfortable

It was very clean, there was plenty of room, it was a good location (being just behind many restaurants and shops right by little Italy), driveway parking, usable and available washer and dryer, and it was mostly quiet. Most of this place my family and I liked very much.

The two biggest issues for us were: the king sized bed being very soft, most of the mornings we woke up a little sore from the lack of support. The other one was due to the airport location and the apartment location, the planes take off and land right over the apartment. So, throughout the day we would hear all of the jets and planes flying in and out and it was very loud.
