Apartamento La Mar - Amplitud a 5 min de la playa

L’appartement est très bien équipé,propres nous avons eu droit à un excellent accueil. Le seul problème c’est le parking qui est juste trop étroit

The apartment is located very conveniently close to both the tram station and also the beach. The apartment felt very secure, was spacious and bright. The beaches and surrounding area are beautiful and the neighborhood felt very safe and people were very friendly.

Initially we were very impressed - we met with David whom had been flexible about meeting us to provide keys and show us around the property. He was very welcoming and friendly. He said that if we had any issues during our stay we could contact him at any time. On the first night when our daughter went to bed she found the duvet cover had numerous stains which on inspection were blood stains, some of which were crusty. She refused to sleep in the bed, understandably. I messaged David to ask if we could have fresh bedding ss there were no spares in the apartment and sent him photos. He tried to suggest that the bedding was clean and that the marks were from where they were washed at a very high temperature causing the buttons to disintegrate and stain the fabric. I replied saying that it was clearly blood and could we have replacement bedding - he did not reply to me. We ended up buying our own bedding. I also discovered a small leak in the kitchen coming from the water tank and sent him a message with photos as I would have thought they would want to repair this before any lasting damage was caused to the flooring and perhaps the apartment below. Again, I had no response whatsoever. This was very disappointing and shows a lack of care for their property and their customers. Lastly, if you value good sleep, be aware the walls between the apartment and the adjoining apartment are paper thin....

Un appartement très bien placé, très propre et mieux rénové que la moyenne des appartements de Campello

Wszysstko tak jak na zfjeciu, bardzo dobrze wyposazona kuchnia, bardzo blisko do moża, kosciół przez ulice, bardzo dobra baza wypadowa na wycieczki po okolicach. Blisko do sklepow, restauracji i kawiarenek.

Alles war perfekt. Wunderschöne Wohnung. Gute Verbindung mit Alicante und Valencia. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Location perfect 5 minute walk from the lovely Sandy beach. Supermarkets also very close.

Better quality towels and bath sheets as opposed to bath towels.

Es tal y como se ve en las fotos , tiene todo lo q se pueda necesitar , muy cómodo , además con parking y muy cerca de la playa , con comercios alrededor.

Nada todo bien , aunque si podrían mejorar en la limpieza.

Increíble Apartameto. Su limpieza, amplitud y cercanía a la playa. Todo un acierto. El trato muy cercano con David es encantador

Convenient location for beach, supermarket and restaurants. Also a short walk to the Tram station. Very clean with plenty of space, for two adults and four kids, and a well equipped kitchen.

There wasn’t really anything to dislike, it was exactly as expected.
