Location was perfect apartment was clean.

The mattress was most uncomfortable I did turn it over which did slightly help. The balcony furniture was tired There was no breadkinife or chopping board. I also couldn't work out how to use the hob no instructions so never used it but would like to have.

"Everything else was excellent"

When I phoned about the keys they were giving to me straight away

Bed was not to good as when we were in bed each side was a lot lower than the middle,thought we were going to fall out,think you can do with new mattress ASAP.
