The fact it was on ground floor which made it so much easier as I had a member of the party that was in a wheelchair. The Balcony had overseen the streets of las Americas which was nice to see others pass by.

The host was rude. We had asked about this property before we booked direct. Which the host seemed like he couldn’t be bothered (we stayed in another apartment on the complex before this stay but was on 3rd floor and as we was extending the holiday we needed ground floor) Hence why we booked it through booking.com. Then getting the keys was a issue, luckily I knew what I was doing but if my elderly parents had booked on their own they wouldn’t have had a clue. Then towards the end of holiday we asked about storing cases, he was more concerned taking our money then telling us where we need to go. Really was not professional.

spacious apartment, nice balcony. short distance to everything. good atmosphere. not many disturbances, only a bit during the nightlife, but that is everywhere you go. would consider to stay again with my own pillow.

everything in the apartment is outdated. could use a bit of a uplift. pillows were seriously bad. we were really annoyed that we had to pay for sunbeds by the pool. we have paid enough to stay there in the first place. 2sunbed+2mattress+1umbrella = 7€ for a total of 13 days it would be 91€. this needs to be somewhere shown before you book not only in the reviews.

Very spacious and comfortable.

Central location near beach. Plenty of storage for clothes etc.

The apartment decor was very tired compared to pictures. Bedding & pillows were not the cleanest. Not enough electric sockets, especially kitchen area. Noise could be heard from surrounding apartments. Used the pool only once, don’t like paying for beds by pool and it was a boring place to sit, too many rules.

Patio doors would not open, boiler had a leak, but once reported was fixed, unfortunately electrics leave a lot to be desired, as could not have oven and microwave on at same time and only 1 ring on hop if oven was on, also very little work space in kitchen, kettle, microwave and toaster had one socket again could only work one at a time

so big was like a house with upstairs in it
